Join Debra Finney and Krista Watson as they outline the parameters of religious accommodation requirements in the federal workplace. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how religion is defined in the EEO context, the steps your agency must take when a religious accommodation is requested, and how your agency can overcome barriers to religious accommodation. You will also learn when a requested accommodation can be denied as an undue hardship.
